We are pleased to use Royal Mail as our delivery provider, offering different tracked services for your orders. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within a couple of days.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, we will consider a return if you can provide proof that the product is unopened and the seal on the packaging is intact.
Please note we only accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your order.
For sale items, we have a strict no-return policy.

If your product has arrived broken or faulty please email us via our contact page so we can resolve this for you.

If you need to change your address or you want to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP, via the contact button.
Once your order has been dispatched we cannot make any amends or cancel an order.

To qualify for free delivery, your order must meet a minimum of £15. You then select the free shipping option at checkout. For orders below this amount, there are different postage options available at checkout.
